Tenanted homes and communal areas looked after day to day.
From one room to a full strip-out, on a written programme.
Small jobs cleared properly, bigger jobs run for you.
The building decides what the job involves. These are the things we check first here.
Most of the borough is covered by conservation areas, with stucco-fronted terraces, garden squares and mansion blocks throughout. External changes often need consent, and many leases require the freeholder’s approval for internal alterations. We identify both at the site visit and allow for them in the programme.
Lower ground floor flats are common here, and so are the problems that come with them: damp, drainage and light wells that need maintaining. The council also restricts new basement development. We look at the cause at the site visit, and if a specialist survey is needed we say so before quoting, so you are not paying for a cosmetic fix to a structural problem.
Areas we cover in Kensington and Chelsea (SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, W8, W10, W11 and parts of W14):
Free site visit, itemised written quote, a programme agreed around the occupier, regular updates, then a joint walk-through at handover. See the full process.
We cover the whole borough, from Chelsea and South Kensington up to Notting Hill and North Kensington. Tell us the postcode when you enquire and we will confirm.
