The same five services, quoted and run the same way, wherever the property is in the borough.
Tenanted homes and communal areas looked after day to day.
From one room to a full strip-out, on a written programme.
Small jobs cleared properly, bigger jobs run for you.
The building decides what the job involves. These are the things we check first here.
Large Victorian and Edwardian houses split into flats are typical of Kentish Town, Belsize Park and West Hampstead, with Georgian terraces through Bloomsbury and Primrose Hill. Conversions bring shared services, sound transfer between floors and leases that set out who repairs what. We check those before quoting, so the price reflects the building.
Large parts of Camden are conservation areas, and the council has its own policy on basement development. If the job touches the structure, the facade or the ground, we identify the planning and building control position at the site visit and put it in writing with the quote.
Areas we cover in Camden (NW1, NW3, NW5, WC1 and parts of NW6):
Free site visit, itemised written quote, a programme agreed around the occupier, regular updates, then a joint walk-through at handover. See the full process.
We cover the whole borough, from Bloomsbury and King’s Cross up to Hampstead and West Hampstead. Tell us the postcode when you enquire and we will confirm.
Yes. We can take on the communal areas for the freeholder or RMC, handle reactive repairs, and plan larger works such as roofs and external decoration so they are done once rather than in pieces.
Where work requires building control sign-off or planning permission, we identify this at survey stage and coordinate the applications and inspections as part of the project.
Yes. End-of-tenancy repairs and refurbishment are scheduled into the void period, so the flat is ready to let again as soon as possible.
We also work in Islington, Westminster and across central London.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.
