    We visit, measure and note access, materials and any structural or regulatory constraints.

    Fixed written quote

    An itemised quote is issued in writing. The price does not change once you accept it, unless you ask us to change or add to the scope.

    Scheduled works

    Work proceeds to an agreed programme, with a single point of contact throughout.

    Sign-off & final inspection

    A joint walk-through confirms completion against the original quote before handover.
