How a job runs, start to finish

Five stages, the same for a single repair or a full refurbishment. You know the price and the programme before anyone starts work.

The five stages

Free consultation and site visit

We come out at no charge, measure up, and note access, materials and any structural or regulatory constraints.

Detailed scope and quote

An itemised quote is issued in writing, stating what is included and what is not. Most jobs are quoted as a fixed price after the site visit. Where a scope genuinely cannot be pinned down in advance, we say so at the visit and agree in writing how it will be charged before any work starts.

Planning and scheduling

We plan the work in the right order, order materials against their lead times and agree dates that work around the occupier.

Delivery with regular updates

We run the site and report progress at agreed points, so you are not chasing us for the current position.

Final inspection and handover

A joint walk-through against the quote, snags closed out, then certificates and paperwork handed over.
