The work is carried out by our own team, the same people from one job to the next, run by our head of site operations. You deal with one number and one email address, not with five separate companies.

Clear communication and fixed prices where possible
Most jobs are quoted as a fixed price after the site visit. Where a scope genuinely cannot be pinned down in advance, we say so at the visit and agree in writing how it will be charged before any work starts. You get progress updates at agreed points rather than having to chase for them.

Works are scheduled between tenancies, around trading hours or around the occupier wherever the job allows, so a property spends less time unusable and unlet.

Free consultation and site visit
We come out, look at the property and talk through what you want done. No charge and no obligation.

Detailed scope and quote
An itemised written quote setting out what is included and what is not, so the boundary of the job is clear before you commit.

Planning and scheduling
We plan the work in the right order, order materials against their lead times, and agree dates that work around the occupier.

Delivery with regular updates
We run the site and keep you posted at agreed points, so you are not chasing us to find out where the job has got to.

Final inspection and handover
A joint walk-through against the quote, snags closed out, then certificates and paperwork handed over.
