Systasis Properties is a property management company working with landlords, freeholders and residents’ management companies across central London. We look after tenanted properties and communal areas day to day, and carry out the renovation, refurbishment and repair work ourselves. One point of contact, a scheduled programme of works, and a price that does not move once you have signed it off, unless you ask us to change the scope.
